You Break Through

I started going to the Cypress Dentist Office on (cross streets Katella/Knott) several months ago. I was nervous about switching dentist facilities for myself and my son who has Autism. I have to say that I’ve been very pleased each time I’ve gone there. My Dentist is Dr. Daniel Nguyen. My first time going there, he personally gave me a new patient tour of the facility. It’s a very clean facility, all modern equipment, everything seems to be in-house, including specialists. Dr. Nguyen is personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I made the appointment knowing I have a lot of dental work to be done and he came up with a treatment plan I could work with. He was very careful while working in my mouth, not rough at all. He did a great job and really listened to my concerns as a patient. He’s very kind and good sense of humor. I came back for my cleaning by the Hygienist, Anne Le and had another great experience. She was so friendly, funny, kind, great at explaining along the way…just a very good vibes personality! She did an excellent job on cleaning my teeth - my teeth never felt cleaner in my life. She was thorough for sure. I think it makes a big difference when you can tell your doctors and specialists are really attentive and not rushing through the process because they care. After my experiences with this dental office, I decided it was time to bring my son. Nineteen, with Autism. His dentist was Dr. Sarah. She was soooooo good with him! She explained everything step by step so there were no unexpected surprises, she explained things in a simple way that he could understand. She let him see, and touch most the equipment so he wasn’t afraid of it, she treated him with humanity and respect. He liked her a LOT! At her encouragement, he’s even decided to brush 2 times a day instead of just once a day. That’s HUGE for my son. We feel safe and happy with this dentist office. Even the front staff are friendly and kind. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking around for a new dentist office.

First time there. The dentist thoroughly explained everything. Wisdom teeth removal was a breeze. If you need them out, this is the place to go!
