I came to Cypress Dentist Office because of all the wonderful reviews I read while looking for a Dentist. They did not disappoint! I have been terrified of the dentist my whole life. I don't go often unless I need to. That being said, I came in need of a deep cleaning and later 2 teeth to be removed. I came in for my deep cleaning and they were awesome at putting me at ease and caring for me with thr sensitivity that I really needed. A HUGE thank you to Chole the hygienist!!! She was absolutely amazing!!! She was so caring and attentive. She was gentle and thorough and worked so lightly that by halfway through I was so comfortable I was just vibing with her and the music she was playing for us in our room. It was a incredible experience! I actually look forward to coming back for my future dental needs because I know they will all do their best to set me at ease and do the best job they can do for me as a patient. All the staff are very warm and welcoming. I will recommend Cypress Dentist Office to everyone who's looking for a great dental office.

Oral care is just one aspect of maintaining overall good health. It is imperative that one makes a sound decision when selecting an excellent dental care. Cypress Dental is that office with experienced dentists and staffing. I was originally a new patient and just had a minor CEREC inlay/onlay procedure done. This procedure is an alternative to getting a crown - a more painful, time-consuming, and would have required multiple follow-up visits. I was seen by Dr. Brian Nguyen, and two very attentive dental hygienists, Adriana, and one other young lady (I'm sorry for forgetting her name). While I had an idea of what's going to happen next (thanks Youtube...lol) Dr. Brian was able to answer very specific questions including the technologies involved in the procedure. After all of my questions were answered, the procedure started without any hiccups. The whole entire procedure was done in about 2 hours. While that may seem like a lifetime sitting in the chair, I realized that Dr. Brian and his team were working on the inlay/onlay fitment in parallel . A very efficient workflow was happening in the background. I should note that my situation and procedure was unique so it took a little more time than normal. I never once felt like the Cypress Dental Team tried to rush the process and that they maintained the utmost level of professionalism. They kept me comfortable and frequently checked in on me during the pauses in between the work. In the end, I am very happy with the tooth work and included services that were rendered. Will definitely continue being treated by Cypress Dental here here on to the future. Thanks Cypress Dental Team, y'all are amazing!!!

I hadn’t gone to the dentist in YEARS and i was extremely nervous on my first visit however, Dr Nguyen and his staff made me feel incredibly comfortable. I’m so happy i decided to choose this office! I also absolutely love their dental hygienist Ann! She was sooo kind and made me feel comfortable. Not one staff member made me feel embarrassed or shameful. Highly recommend !
